Harvest list
When an order is created a Pack list is created by default. The Pack list can be found on the Pack Summary page listed in the more menu drop down on the Orders page.
To add a harvest amount for your order and create a harvest list on the Harvest Summary page:
- Select an order
- Click on the more menu beside the order name and number
- Select Harvests
A new column will show beside the pack column for amounts to harvest. These amounts will show on the Harvest Summary page.
- Add Harvest amounts and click Save
These amounts are listed by crop unit on the Harvest Summary page. Click on the more menu beside Orders on the Orders page and select Harvest Summary.
An example of how to use harvest amounts:
Harvest amounts can be different than pack amounts. For example, you know you have 20 heads of lettuce in the walk-in, the order is for 30, so your pack amount is 30, but you add a harvest amount of 10.
To find the Harvest and Pack Summary pages, from the Orders page, click the more menu beside Orders.
