How to use the Summary function

The Summary button is located next to the Calculator icon on the top right of your Tasks, Harvest Plans, Projections, Harvest, Pack and Sales lists.   

The Summary function allows you to see an aggregated view of the lists. You will get a popup that adds up the total amount for each task, crop, or sales unit depending on the list page you are on AND the filters you have used.

This is a powerful tool to help you and your crew get a clear snapshot of what needs to be done. Just click the button, and you can turn an overwhelming list of lots of individual tasks into something manageable and actionable.

The Summary function shows the number of items aggregated in each row. Clicking on the name in the left column of the summary view will take you to the filtered view of only those items.

*Any filter you apply will also apply to the Summary function. This allows you to select a specific Crew member, Category or any other filter combination you wish.

Summary for Tasks
The Summary function will aggregate results by Task name. It will provide a total 'amount' of that task, for example, in bed feet, trays etc., allowing you to quickly see what needs to be done without being bogged down by details.

Summary for Harvests
The Summary function will aggregate results by Crop Unit.  The popup is easily printable and can work as an aggregated harvest or pack list. Here the Summary function will list each Crop Unit with the total number of units for that Crop Unit and lbs and bed feet.

Summary for Harvest Plans
 The Summary function will aggregate results by Crop Unit. You'll see an aggregated list with the total number of units for that Crop Unit, lbs and bed feet, and a sales total.  

Summary for the Harvest Sales tab
The Summary function will aggregate results by Crop Unit. You'll see an aggregated list with the total number of units sold, order amount, returned amount, and a sales total.  

Summary for Sales Projections list
The Summary function will aggregate results by Crop Unit. You'll see an aggregated list with the total number of units sold and total sales for each unit.
